- ECErinn CookMay 12, 20261.0Brought my 4 month old puppy for a puppy groom (her second) and a spring spa treatment as well. She only had her puppy groom and she barely had that. Her hair was only cut on her head and they cut her hair too short and made her look stupid, she was barely brushed and was washed. Nothing else was cut and I basically paid for her to have her hair cut too short in her head and that’s it. Two days after her hair was really knotty and matted and she’s never had that with her previous washes or groom so I don’t know what product was used but it wasn’t the right one for my puppy’s age/breed. Very disappointed and won’t be returning. I only shop at Pets At Home and I will continue to buy not the groomers !!!

The girls on the counter really helped me BIG TIME in making a purchase of food for him. A special thank you to Lanais for helping me in a really desperate time and to her work colleague with the butterfly next tattoo (whose name I didn’t get!). They both made me feel 100x better. Angels do exist and the random kindness from strangers made me feel like a better rabbit mom. You know what you did, and thank you both so much x
- SRSam RichardsApr 14, 20261.0Customer service is non existent, I have tried contacting this store for the past 4 days to book my dog in to get her nails cut, from morning till the evening there has been no answer on the groom room extension, so I thought I’d try the pets at home extension but it seems to be the same problem! I then chose the vets for pets extension and they answered on the first ring, I explained that I have been trying for days to get thought to either the groom service or pets at home & they told me they answer multiple calls a day to speak to someone from pets at home as they never answer there calls & told me they have nothing to do with pets at home and couldn’t assist or call for someone to take my call (which I understand as they are a separate business) so I kept calling pets at home until someone finally answered on pets at home extension after 4 whole days! I questioned them about it and was told this is the first time the phone had rang! I couldn’t be bothered to argue I just think it’s appalling!
